Choose from the new, comfortable and affordable “Viva” tariff plans the option that suits best your communication needs.

For a fixed fee get airtime to VivaCell-MTS network, RA other, 374 97 GSM and 374 47 fixed networks; to Russia, US and Canada, as well as an opportunity to send SMS, and, last but not least, Internet.

Activating “Viva 5500” and “Viva7500” options till February 1, 2017, you can use the 5500 and 7500 minutes of airtime respectively, for calls within VivaCell-MTS network and to MTS Russia. 

The dialing format of calls to MTS-Russia is as follows: 77 00 [country code] [destination number], for example: 77 00 7 9780 1234567.


The offer is available also for subscribers who already have active “Viva 5500” or “Viva7500” bundles.

Notes

  • If the mobile card validity period expires during the activity period of a “Viva” tariff plan option, the services within packages provided by the tariff plan are suspended until the account is recharged, otherwise, they are terminated.

  • In case of an activated Internet package (for example “BIT”), first the Internet provided by the package is consumed, and then the Internet-package provided by “Viva” tariff plan.

  • Services provided by “Viva” tariff plan are nullified after the expiration of the option validity period.

  • The airtime, SMS and Internet provided by “Viva” tariff plan are not available in roaming.

  • The validity period of the mobile card activated for the first time is 105 days.

  • Packages provided by “Viva” tariff plans can be used within 30 days after the activation. In case one of the packages is consumed before the expiration of the activity period, one can reactivate the packages of the current tariff plan by dialing *161*4#: in case of reactivation, the activity period of the new packages is 30 days from the moment of activation.

  • In case there are sufficient funds on the subscriber’s account after the expiration of the validity period of the packages provided by “Viva” tariff plan, the activation fee is charged, and the activation of packages is automatically prolonged, otherwise, the service is deactivated, and the subscriber continues using services at the tariffs set for the tariff plan. The activation of the packages is automatically prolonged once there are sufficient funds on the account.
  • It is recommended not to use voice, Internet or SMS services during activation or auto-prolongation of the packages provided by “Viva” tariff plans, as the activation may fail because of technical issues.
  • In case of sufficient funds on your account balance, the packages of services within the tariff plan are considered as activated only after receiving a notifying SMS.

  • VivaCell-MTS does not guarantee the provision of calls to MTS Russia within the promotion in case the phone number receiving the call in Russia is ported to another mobile network of Russia within mobile network portability service.

  • To check the compatibility of the mobile card with 4G network, one should send *776#.

  • The 4G package can only be activated in case of an active “Viva” option.

  • Upon the consumption of the 4G internet package, the subscriber continues to use the main package.

  • Upon the expiration of the activity period of an active “Viva” option, the 4G package is deactivated.
